This package offers ongoing motivation and support. During this time, we can discuss in more detail long term weight management, energy levels, digestive health or other topics specific to your needs.

You also receive a short written summary outlining the key points of your consultation, your personalised nutrition plan, and your agreed goals.
Support, motivation and accountability for people who have already attended an initial consultation.
These half hour sessions keep you on track. We can discuss shopping tips, snacking habits, nutritional labels, fad diet dangers, stress hormones, or any other topics of your choosing.
These small-group sessions are designed around the topics you want to cover. You and a group of friends may have specific requirements, for example pregnancy, challenging toddler eating habits, creating healthy lunch-box meals, healthy eating as we age, or weight-loss goals. Get together with a group and split the cost!
